A Unique 5-Year Warranty in the Agricultural Robot Industry

On September 11, 2023 in Escalquens, Aymeric Barthes, CEO at Naïo Technologies, explained, “The agricultural robotics industry is young. Large-scale reliability is a challenge for everyone. At Naïo, we want to make it a strength. We are implementing this new 5-year warranty because we believe in the quality and reliability of our robots. This is a unique initiative to date.” The French manufacturer now globally offers a 5-year warranty on new sales of its agricultural, viticultural, or market gardening robots “Ted,” “Jo,” “Oz,” and “Orio,” which are 100% electric and CE / FCC certified.

In the agricultural robotics industry, ensuring large-scale reliability is a real challenge. Providing robust, durable robots that offer an excellent level of safety is a commitment that Naïo makes to its users. With 450 robots in circulation on 5 continents and over 40 distributors, Naïo is now a global leader and the only manufacturer to offer a 5-year warranty on its entire range.

Given the environmental, climate, and profitability challenges, farmers must have adequate tools to succeed in each production campaign in the best possible time and working conditions,” emphasises Naïo, which is developing its distributor network with reliable, versatile, and environmentally friendly machines. To this end, the company has made significant investments following a fundraising of €32 million at the end of 2022 and has recruited new experts. “We aim to go from start-up to the world’s leading player and manufacturer in the agricultural robotics industrial era,” says Aymeric Barthes. The very responsive after-sales service already ensures minimal machine downtime and the availability of spare parts in less than 48 hours.

This 5-year warranty extension proves our determination to establish ourselves in the long term and to support the agricultural world on a daily basis in the success of its productions, by facilitating farm management,” adds Aymeric Barthes.

You can find Naïo Technologies at FIRA from September 19-21 in Salinas, at booth 56.
