Your tasks will be

Based either in Germany (Rhine Valley) or Netherlands and reporting to the Sales Manager Europe (based in Germany), your tasks will entail : 

Main tasks (80%)

  • Be Naïo Technologies ambassador in the targeted countries
  • Develop new and manage existing dealers network in targeted countries (UK, Nordics, Netherlands,..)
  • Manage relationships with local operations of international key accounts   
  • Ensure that dealers are fully trained to successfully market Naio’s range of agricultural robots and ensure dealers’ satisfaction 
  • Manage contractuals relationship with dealers (contract updates, contract renewals)
  • Built and launch market and product action plans with dealers 
  • Ensure dealers’s timely reporting (sales pipeline)
  • Provide guidance to dealers’ in terms of market and product strategy 
  • Generate synergies with dealers in terms of products communication and marketing

 

Additional tasks (20%):

    • Attend/participate to regional trade shows
    • Provide agronomic and operational support to dealers
    • Generate market intelligence on the targeted countries

 

 

Skills required

  • Knowledge in agronomy (vegetable production would be a plus)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience of agricultural machinery either working for dealers or managing relationship with dealers
